Stone by Nature only sells first quality products (unless specifically noted in the advertising or listing), we guarantee that all products are free of manufacturer defects. Please note that all natural stone will vary in color, pattern and texture, this is nature at work and is not considered a defect. All defective products will be promptly replaced.

Stone by Nature guarantees that we offer the lowest price on an identical item offered by a registered online seller of granite vanity tops. Price match is for the vanity top only and does not include accessories, crating or shipping costs.

Due to the high cost of crating and shipping we cannot offer conditional purchases, Stone by Nature makes every effort to ensure the products shipped to you meet our exacting standards, this means we do not ship odd patterns or poor workmanship. All customers must understand that you are purchasing a natural product and the pictures we post are only representative of the color, pattern and texture of the selected stone, the actual top shipped to you will not be identical to the picture. We have thousands of satisfied customers, read our reviews and customer comments in the testimonial section on our website or on our Ebay feedback pages. If you are a customer who is uncomfortable purchasing on the internet or are looking for a specific composition to your vanity top we suggest you shop locally. Any returns must be preauthorized by Stone by Nature and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. All returns must be receive in new condition and packed in original container.

All orders that are shipped or picked up at our warehouse must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Granite Kitchen Countertops require a 50% deposit at time of order, balance is due at time of installation. Please note that if customer cancels a kitchen order after Stone by Nature personnel have templated the installation there is a non refundable charge of $2.00 per square foot of installed material. Once material has been cut for installation we cannot offer a refund.

Stone by Nature accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discovery and personal checks (funds must be cleared prior to shipping). For your safety we are a certified online credit card processor and a commercial PayPal account holder.
